General Information: Join us at the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association’s Summer Veterinary Conference at the beautiful Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah Island, SC.


For the safety of attendees, the conference will be following appropriate COVID guidelines for groups. As such, attendance may be subject to some restrictions.


Pre-registration is required. You may register online at www.ncvma.org, fax the attached form with your credit card number to (919) 851-5859, or mail the form with a check made payable to the NCVMA Summer Veterinary Conference to 1611 Jones Franklin Road, #108, Raleigh, NC 27606.


The Early Bird registration deadline is July 29th. After that date, refunds, less a $125 administrative fee, will be made only upon receipt of a written request. No refunds will be made after August 8, 2022.


******We are green! Conference proceedings will be posted online and emailed prior to the conference beginning. Only limited print quantities will be available at the conference.******


Hotel Information:

As of today, June 16, there are no villas open for August 11-14. Please check the live availability on the Kiawah Island Resort website (www.kiawahresort.com) in case villas open due to cancellations.

Reservations are made by completing this form and sending it to group_reservations@kiawahresort.com. The rate is $234.00 per night for One Bedroom Scenic View Villas and $299.00 per night for Two Bedroom Scenic View Villas, excluding taxes and resort service fees. A Resort Service Fee of 9% per villa per day will apply to all guest rooms. The group rate is available two (2) days prior and two (2) days after scheduled conference dates. The cutoff date for reservations is July 12th. The hotel room block will fill quickly, so please make your reservations soon. Reservations requested after this date will not be guaranteed, but provided at rack rates, based on availability.
