Exhibitor Contracts

The NCVMA Summer Conference is a boutique meeting that attracts approximately 100+ practice owners. It is being held at the Hotel Ballast, located on the waterfront in scenic Wilmington, NC, July 12-14, 2024. Exhibits are open July 12-13. We offer 30 exhibitor spaces and ample time for attendees to visit the vendors. A welcome reception and raffles help to enhance the vendor/attendee experience.

Summer Conference Exhibitor Contract

The NC Veterinary Conference (NCVC) is always held at the Raleigh Convention Center in downtown Raleigh the first weekend in November (Nov 1-3) with exhibiting hours on Nov 1-2. We offer 90 booth spaces at this conference that attracts over 1,300 attendees (800+ veterinarians, 200 technicians, 100 practice managers, and faculty/staff/students from NCSU-CVM). NCVC is one of the largest VMA sponsored conferences on the east coast.

Parking Fees: Valet Parking-$20/day; Overnight Parking-$15/day.
*Group rate offered three days pre & post based on availability.
