Exhibitor Contracts

The NCVMA Summer Conference is a boutique meeting that attracts approximately 100+ practice owners and associates. It is being held at the Great Wolf Lodge, located in Concord, NC, June 20-22, 2025. Exhibits are open June 20-21. We offer 30 exhibitor spaces and ample time for attendees to visit the vendors. A welcome reception and raffles help to enhance the vendor/attendee experience.

2025 Summer Exhibitor Contract

The NC Veterinary Conference (NCVC) is always held at the Raleigh Convention Center in downtown Raleigh the first weekend in November (Nov 7-9) with exhibiting hours on Nov 7-8. We offer 100 booth spaces at this conference that attracts over 1,300 attendees (800+ veterinarians, 200 technicians, 100 practice managers, and faculty/staff/students from NCSU-CVM). NCVC is one of the largest VMA sponsored conferences on the east coast.
