If you’re not hiring but have something else to promote, NCVMA offers Non-Employment Classified Ads. These include listings for practices, equipment, and professional services. Moreover, ads appear both on the NCVMA website and in our printed quarterly newsletter, The North Carolina Veterinarian.

Rates and Word Count

Our pricing structure is simple:

  • Members: $20 (includes up to 40 words)
  • Non-members: $50 (includes up to 40 words)
  • $0.50 per word beyond the 40-word limit

Word count includes your contact info. Please submit your ad exactly as you would like it published.

Submission Deadlines

To be included in the next newsletter issue, please submit your ad before one of the quarterly deadlines:

  • Winter Issue: January 15
  • Spring Issue: April 15
  • Summer Issue: July 15
  • Fall Issue: November 1

After You Submit

After you submit your ad, our team will review it, confirm the word count, and follow up with payment instructions. Once approved, your ad will appear online and in the newsletter. Because of our print schedule, refunds cannot be issued once your ad is accepted. However, we may lightly edit ads for clarity or formatting.
