Equipment + Practice Sales

The NCVMA offers non-employment classified ads for members and the veterinary community to promote equipment, practice sales, leases, and professional services. These listings appear both on the NCVMA website and in our quarterly newsletter, The North Carolina Veterinarian.

What You Can Advertise

Rates and Word Count

Our pricing structure is consistent for all non-employment classified ads:

  • Members: $20 (includes up to 40 words)
  • Non-members: $50 (includes up to 40 words)
  • Additional Words: $0.50 per word beyond the 40-word limit

Note: Word count includes your contact information. Please submit your ad exactly as you would like it published.

Submission Deadlines

To ensure inclusion in the next newsletter issue, please submit your ad by the following quarterly deadlines:

  • Winter Issue: January 15
  • Spring Issue: April 15
  • Summer Issue: July 15
  • Fall Issue: November 1

After You Submit

Once received, our team will review your ad, confirm the word count, and follow up with payment instructions. Following approval, your ad will be published online and in the next available newsletter. Please note that once an ad is accepted, refunds cannot be issued due to our print schedule. We reserve the right to lightly edit ads for clarity or formatting.
