Eligibility to be an exhibitor at the NCVMA Summer Conference is limited to organizations whose products and/or services relate directly to the practice of veterinary medicine. The NCVMA Summer Conference reserves the right to reject any application to exhibit.

In addition to the powerful brand association that you enjoy as an exhibitor, the NCVMA Summer Conference is an excellent opportunity to showcase the value of your products and services to veterinary professionals. Sponsorships are available first to approved exhibitors who have purchased an exhibit booth.

Host the most important meal of the day! Provide conference attendees with a nutritious kickoff to their days! Your logo will appear on signage near the breakfast area and all printed marketing materials.

Lunch buffet ($4000)-2 available
Don’t let attendees get hangry—be the company to provide lunches for all attendees! Our lunch sponsorship includes your company logo prominently displayed on signage near the lunch buffet and all printed marketing materials.

Morning or afternoon breaks ($2500)-2 available
Hungry conference goers will think of you while they enjoy a brain break and some tasty snacks in between sessions! Your logo will appear on signage near the break area and all printed marketing materials.

Ice cream social ($1500)-1 available
What a treat! Put a smile on the faces of hundreds of attendees with a mid-afternoon sweet treat on Friday afternoon. If possible, ice cream station will be placed next to your booth and your logo will appear on all printed marketing materials.

• Two name badges for booth personnel. Extra badges can be purchased for $100 per badge

We ask that you do not break down your booth(s) before the designated time. This is a safety hazard and neither fair to the attendees nor to the other exhibitors. Therefore, representatives who are present with their booth(s), and remain fully set-up and open at 1:30pm on Saturday may entered a drawing to win $250 cash. You must be present to win. Any dismantling, packing or activity which would indicate closure of the booth/display, in part or in full, before official closing is prohibited. If an Exhibitor acts in breach of this provision, it will negatively affect their ability to participate in the following year’s show.
